We are always happy to exchange or offer a store credit on any online purchase subject to our
conditions of return below within 14 days of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you should find a fault with a product you can return it to us for
assessment. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced we will offer you a store credit or refund.
Conditions of return
Items must not be worn, have tags or hygiene stickers removed or be damaged in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we feel that the garment has been
worn or damaged in any way.
We offer a flat rate of $10 for overnight delivery on all garments,
swimwear, small accessories and thongs.
Due to the fact that shoes are bulky- the flat rate is $15 overnight.
For larger/ bulkier items such as backpacks or travel bags we will
quote the postage costs of individual items upon request.
All postage costs are at the buyers expense. We do not cover the cost
of postage if you decide to return or refund a purchase.
We offer a flat rate of $45 for express postage for all orders outside of Australia.
All orders outside of Australia should be received within 7-14 business days, however some destinations may take longer.
International customers are responsible for their own customs charges and taxes.
How to return a purchase
If you wish to return a purchase simply fill in our easy to use returns form that is included with your purchase and mail it back to us at

We recommend that you send the item via Australia Post and that you retain the tracking number as we cant be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
